Head of Media and Entertainment Group, Grant Thornton UK, LLP
Mark heads up the Grant Thornton Media and Entertainment national industry group, which is a client facing group operating across a number of this firm's service lines. He has been with Grant Thornton for over 20 years, 12 years as a partner, and in the profession for over 25 years. He is an audit specialist partner focusing particularly on large corporates in the Media sector. Mark acts for clients which include printers, publishers, advertising and marketing services agencies and film and television companies.

Partner, Head of Media, Communications & Technology, Olswang LLP
John Enser is a Partner in the Media, Communications and Technology Group and Head of Music at Olswang. John provides commercial and regulatory advice to clients active in all aspects of the media communications and technology business, particularly those offering audio and video content via digital platforms, whether TV, web or mobile. His regulatory expertise extends to copyright law, content and advertising regulation, consumer protection and the Broadcasting Acts.

He has been a past Director or Chairman of quoted companies:: Johnston Press plc; iTouch plc, Jazz FM plc, Internet Indirect plc; Newmedia Spark plc; Clear Media plc; More Group plc. He has also works with several private equity firms. He is Chairman of Shakespeare’s Globe Trust and a Visiting Fellow of Oxford University.
