Mark Taylor is an Audit Partner at Grant Thornton UK LLP in Birmingham. He joined the firm as a Partner in 2000 and has considerable experience working with listed and large privately held companies delivering audit advisory services along with assisting clients in areas such as corporate governance, business strategy and issues around flotation. Mark is the Chairman of the Trustees for the Grant Thornton Pensions Fund and has over 25 years experience working with pension fund trustees in a variety of industries.

Investment Director, ISIS Equity Partners
Matthew Caffrey is Investment Director at ISIS Equity Partners in Birmingham. He joined ISIS in October 2005 and to date has completed the buy-outs of Active Assistance, ScriptSwitch, Green Issues, Empire World Trade and Quantix. Prior to his role at ISIS, Matt spent six years with Andersen before moving to the Leverage Finance division of NM Rothschild & Sons where he spent three years developing the Birmingham office, completing a number of transactions including Cardsave and Equidebt.

Chief Executive, Umeco plc and Non-executive Director of Hill & Smith Holdings plc
Clive Snowdon is Chief Executive of Umeco plc based in Leamington Spa. He joined Umeco in April 1997 and has a broad industrial background with significant experience in both distribution and manufacturing. Previously, Clive was Managing Director of Burnfield plc and has held senior positions with Vickers plc and Hawker Siddeley Group plc. He is a member of the Board of Directors of the Midlands Aerospace Alliance becoming its Chairman in May 2009 and has been a Non-executive Director of Hill & Smith Holdings plc since May 2007.
