He has been with Grant Thornton for over 20 years, 12 years as a partner, and in the profession for over 25 years. He is an audit specialist partner focusing particularly on large corporates in the Media sector. Mark acts for clients which include printers, publishers, advertising and marketing services agencies and film and television companies.

His regulatory expertise extends to copyright law, content and advertising regulation, consumer protection and the Broadcasting Acts.

He has been a past Director or Chairman of quoted companies:: Johnston Press plc; iTouch plc, Jazz FM plc, Internet Indirect plc; Newmedia Spark plc; Clear Media plc; More Group plc. He has also works with several private equity firms. He is Chairman of Shakespeare’s Globe Trust and a Visiting Fellow of Oxford University.
