Introducing the Editor

Lesley Stephenson has been the editor of The Non-Executive Director website since 2004. Having trained as a lawyer she moved into publishing practical guidance on legal and regulatory issues affecting companies, and has been specialising in corporate governance for the past ten years.

She publishes Governance, the leading newsletter covering corporate governance developments globally and has written regularly for both the International Corporate Governance Network and the European Corporate Governance Institute as well as the ICAEW Non-Executive Director Special Interest Group.
