From Swedish origins in 1967, Mercuri Urval has grown to be one of Europe’s leading Management Consultancy firms, with over 550 consultants across 22 countries. We are experts in finding, assessing and developing key people for our clients.

Beyond Europe, we have an office network spanning the Americas, Australasia and Asia Pacific. We combine global reach with deep local business knowledge. We have an unrivalled ability to work across national and cultural boundaries.

As a privately owned firm that has grown organically, we have been able to concentrate entirely on the needs of our clients, rather than on external shareholders; hence our success.

Ericsson EMEA, one of the major global telecom players, required a new way of partnering with its customers. Mercuri Urval designed, managed and facilitated a key account management turnaround in the EMEA region with the purpose of helping Ericsson getting closer to its customers, as well as best utilizing their senior management capabilities.

The business environment is constantly changing. This means that you have to respond to the changing needs and expectations of your customers and stakeholders, and to the tactics of your competitors. The one thing, however, that you can directly influence is the quality of your leadership capabilities. Therefore, the most critical issue for your success is building your business leadership capabilities.

Your short term results and your long term competitiveness are determined by the calibre of your leadership.

"At a time of considerable organizational challenge and change, Mercuri Urval were instrumental in helping us to re-engineer our management structure and strengthen our management board. The impact of this is a more appropriately geared organization and measurably improved business performance and effectiveness. I personally found it valuable to have an external coach during a period when we were making key decisions for the business." Managing Director, Saab UK

The fastest way that you can have a direct impact upon business success is by aligning the right leadership talent to the critical demands of your business.
